Photos are printed on high-quality 270 gsm satin matte photo paper in 13x18 cm and 10x15 cm sizes and placed in the envelope. The higher the quality of the photo you provide, the better the printed result will be.

It is technically possible for messages sent through any social media platform to be seen or read by those providing this service. However, dedicating time to do so is never feasible. Our sole focus is to deliver your letters, which we value greatly, accurately and on time. Please do not include messages to the Sendinmatemail team in your letters, as we cannot see them. Users are responsible for any content such as insults, offensive language, or similar, as we do not read letters.

At Sendinmatemail, we do not have holidays. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even on official holidays and days with curfews. However, the USPS does not operate on official holidays, so letters are accepted but not dispatched. Shipments are sent at the start of the first business hour after the holiday ends.

Members who do not have a permanent address or who live abroad can receive their letters at the Sendinmatemail Mailbox. Their relatives send the letters to the Mektup Yaz address. Incoming letters are scanned and uploaded to the system, and you can read them from your panel. For more details, you can contact us via our live support or WhatsApp line.

Yes. You can cancel your letter before it is delivered to the recipient. Cancellation can result in three different outcomes:

1. If the letter is still in the preparation stage, it is canceled, and your full payment is refunded.

2. If the letter has been prepared and assigned a barcode number, part of your payment is deducted, and the cancellation is completed.

3. If the letter is in the USPS mailing stage but has not yet been delivered to the recipient, the cancellation is still possible, but no refund is given. In this case, the letter is returned to the sender’s address. USPS charges a fee for cancellations at this stage, but Sendinmatemail covers this cost.

Evet. Mektuplar, sipariş oluşturulduktan sonra bazen aynı anda, bazende 1 gün sonra baskıya girer. İşte bu henüz baskıya girmediği süre içinde mektubunuzu tekrar düzenleyebilirsiniz. Bunun için Hesabınıza giriş yapın ve Gönderilenlere tıklayın. İlgili mektubun karşısındaki Düzenleme Talep Et isimli buton aktifse, seçeneği kullanın. Bu aşamadan sonra 5-10 dakika bekleyin. Mektubunuz tekrar Taslaklara gelecektir. Ödemeniz ise Cüzdan hesabınıza iade edilecektir. Düzenlemeniz bittiğinde Bakiye ile öde seçeneğini kullanarak mektubu tekrar tamamlayabilirsiniz. Ancak mektup basılmış ve posta aşamasına geçmişse düzenleme mümkün olmaz. Zaten bu durumda Düzenleme Talep Et butonu aktif olmaz.

Yes. For example, if you sent a letter and realized after mailing that the recipient’s address was incorrect, you can request an address change before the letter is delivered or stamped for return. This service may incur a fee of around 15 TL, but it may not—PTT will determine the exact cost. You can check the system to see if the address has been successfully updated.
