SendInMateMail.com provides a platform that allows users to send printed photos, letters, greeting cards, books, and other approved products to incarcerated individuals. We handle the printing, processing, and shipping while navigating correctional facility regulations. Users acknowledge that all uploaded content must strictly adhere to correctional facility rules.

2. USER REPRESENTATIONS & CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You agree NOT to upload, transmit, or submit any content that:

Is illegal, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
Violates any correctional facility mail regulations, security protocols, or contraband policies.
Infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

3. AI IMAGE SCANNING AND CONTENT MODERATION

All images, messages, and content uploaded to SendInMateMail.com may be reviewed using automated systems, including artificial intelligence ("AI") tools provided by third-party service providers.

Your content may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI systems solely for content analysis, moderation, and compliance purposes.
AI systems may automatically approve or reject content without human review. We also reserve the right to use human reviewers.
Content flagged as non-compliant may be rejected, resulting in order delays or cancellations, and we shall not be liable for any such decisions.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY

We process and ship orders in accordance with correctional facility policies; however, we do not guarantee that any order will be accepted or delivered by a facility. Each correctional institution maintains its own strict guidelines, and users acknowledge that we are not responsible for refusals, rejections, or confiscations by facility staff.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this Site, including software, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SendInMateMail.com and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendInMateMail.com and its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid by you to us during the past six (6) months or $100.00 USD.

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles..
