4. Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed in stages: Preparation, Ready, and Mailing.
- Once an order reaches the Mailing stage, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- USPS delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or correctional facilities.

5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through PayPal or other approved providers.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all services ordered.
- We do not store full credit card or bank account information.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders. Please review it carefully. In summary:
- Full refund if canceled during Preparation stage.
- Refund excluding postage fees if canceled during Ready stage.
- No refund once the order is in Mailing stage.

7. Privacy & Security

8. Intellectual Property
