At Sendinmatemail.com, we strive to provide reliable and timely services. Because our products involve personalized letters, photos, and documents prepared for mailing to correctional facilities, cancellations and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.  

2. Cancellation & Refund Procedure
- Preparation Stage (“Letters in Preparation”):  
  If you request cancellation while your order is still in the preparation stage, you will receive a full refund of your payment.  

- Ready Stage (“Prepared”):  
  If your order has already been prepared, you may cancel the order. In this case, we will refund the full payment except for postage fees, since mailing costs are already incurred.  

- Mailing Stage (“In Post”):  
  Once your order has entered the mailing stage and has been handed over to USPS, no refund will be issued. Orders in this stage cannot be withdrawn or canceled.  

- Completed Mailing:  
  Letters and packages that have already been mailed cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.  

3. Standard U.S. E‑Commerce Rules
In addition to the above, our policy complies with common U.S. consumer protection practices:  
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).  
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order date.  
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.  
- Digital or personalized content is generally non‑refundable once production has begun, consistent with U.S. standards.
