Personal photographs are governed by Florida's routine-mail and inmate-property rules. FDC's inmate-property rule allows possession of up to 50 personal photographs, subject to security, content and housing-status restrictions.
Do not infer that 50 photographs may be sent in one envelope; the reviewed statewide sources establish a possession limit, not a universal per-mailing limit. Confirm current restrictions before sending a large photo batch.

Publications are handled separately from ordinary personal correspondence. Under Florida Rule 33-501.401, publications must generally be sent directly from a publisher, mail-order distributor or bookstore, through the U.S. Postal Service.
The incoming publication address must include the inmate's committed name, Department identification number (DC Number) and institutional address. Publications remain subject to admissibility and property limits.

Florida FDC inmate trust deposits are handled under Rule 33-203.201. Family/friend deposits are processed through the Department's contracted vendor using approved online, telephone or mailed deposit methods.
For mailed money orders, cashier's checks or certified bank drafts, use the current vendor deposit form and current vendor address printed on that form. Include the inmate's full name, DC Number and current facility and follow the current identification requirements. Do not mail family/friend deposits to the prison or ordinary inmate-mail address.
