Do not send checks or money orders to the Securus Digital Mail Center. HCSO supports approved deposit methods including TouchPay/Western Union. Current HCSO instructions also allow qualifying money orders/cashier's checks to the Inmate Trust Fund at 1200 Baker Street when properly identified with the inmate's SPN.

How to Address Your Letter
Effective June 16, 2025, personal mail is processed through the Securus Digital Mail Center. Include the inmate's full booked name, SPN, housing facility and cell block, plus the sender's full name and complete return address. Approved paper mail is scanned for viewing on tablets/kiosks. Legal mail and authorized publications use the current direct-facility procedure instead of the personal-mail scanning address.
